Tam O'Shanter is a single-family community located in Bellevue, Washington with wonderful lake and mountain views and enforced covenants. Election results: 

The 2008 budget with a $10 monthly dues increase passed.  The vote count was 186 to 134.

Please welcome our new board members.  They are Don Hasty, Mike Mueller, Scott Mylan, Dee Ann Wilson, and Gary Zarter.
